Villa Lapas is located just one hour and forty five minutes from San José and only five minutes from the Carara National Park. it offers convenient access to the popular Central Pacific Coast beaches, including Agujas, Jacó Beach, and Manuel Antonio National Park.  Carara National Park is  tropical rain forest with an amazing array of native plants and animal life. Villa Lapas Hotel offers  forty rooms equipped  with two queen size beds and seven with a king size bed. All rooms have views to the river, to the swimming pool or the gardens. Each room is also equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms with hot water

Villas Lapas Restaurant "The Toucan" serves national food and international. Villas Lapas also offers a conference center with capacity for 120 people and  perfectly conditioned for seminars, meetings.

The Villa Lapas Hotel owns  a private reserve with natural trails in a growing secondary forest.  Inside this reserve you can find the Tarcolitos River which attracts a large variety of wild life.  Because of its location, Villa Lapas is considered the bird watchers’ paradise.

Villa Lapas Sky Way, with a 2.5-km trail and five 100-meter-long hanging bridges, is located on the hotel private reserve. It gives visitors a perfect view of  the wonderful rain forest and  centenary trees.
